Form 9212 - Authorized officials of registered states to file taxes on the state's behalf.

Pre-Form A - Form to establish a tax obligation waiver when a state is registered.

Pre-Form B - Form to allow BIRS to automatically audit.

Pre-Form D - Form to notify BIRS of your Exaroton username.

INTERNAL FORMS

Pre-Form C: Allows BIRS to apply tax obligation waiver to automatic audit filers.

Schedule 3: Allows BIRS to file Pre-Form C without Pre-Form A or Schedule 1, whichever is applicable.
