Registrars of registered states.
You must file your taxes for the current cycle by the due date. Here is some information you should know:
Your filing should be for the previous cycle, and must be filed within 14 days of that cycle.
You may file early, but you will need to account for possible and expected changes. We recommend you do not file early. You may amend your tax filing by resubmitting tax filings for the same cycle.
Identify the tax form you need. Click 'Forms' at the top of the CoFile Service website. You can view details instructions of all published fields in the 'Instructions' page at the top of this website.
Download the document as a .docx, .pdf, or click 'Make a Copy' under the 'File' menu on Google Docs.
Fill out the form using the published instructions either on the form, if available, or in the 'Instructions' page at the top of this website.
Submit your form through FileExpress by navigating to FileExpress through the baja-blast website, or click here. We arw GLCO#3-A.
After submission, you will receive confirmation correspondence through FileExpress (to you). If you do not recieve anything, send follow-up correspondence or resubmit.
Within your confirmation document, you will have a File Number and Cycle Number, please retain these. It will also include the original documents filed.
If you made a mistake, please do not send correspondence to BIRS. There is no penalty for making a mistake. We do not charge penalties for late filings, but there may be action we take on your registered state (e.g., deregistering, breaking up, etc.). If there is a mistake in your filing that is significant, we will alert you of the mistake so you may correct it with no penalties, as long as you respond to our correspondence (via FileExpress) within 14 working days.
After 5-10 working days have passed, you will receive correspondence if there is a mistake or tax obligation required of your registered state (including instructions to remit those obligations). If you do not receive any correspondence, your filing was processed correctly and no tax obligations exist.
Why require taxes?
Taxes ensure timely and consistent collaborative funding across Bajablast's servers. With taxes, we can continue to have high-quality resources and uptime.
Who needs to file?
Any registered states must file. Only the registrar on file with the Land & State Registration Bureau (LSRB) will need to file.
How do I pay?
You will remit your tax obligations, if any, directly through Exaroton, not us. We will not and cannot see your credit card or debit card information.
How much will I need to pay?
Good news, most people don't have to pay anything! We cannot give an average number of obligations calculated due to privacy reasons for payers. If you are an employee of a server government office, you are eligible for a waiver.
What if I can't pay?
If you cannot pay due to financial hardship, that is okay. You can let the Comptroller's Office of Public Accounts know about your hardship, and they may exempt you. Otherwise, you may be referred to the Server Magistrate for further action.
